Wash inside out and skip the fabric softener — it coats the fibres and costs the waistband its stretch. Line drying in shade keeps colour longer than a tumble dryer.

Harare: same or next day for orders confirmed before 3pm.

Rest of Zimbabwe: courier or bus, typically 2–4 working days.

Delivery: by biker in Harare, courier elsewhere. Address taken at checkout.

Returns: for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on underwear once the packaging is opened. If a piece is faulty or the wrong size arrived, message us within 7 days and we will replace it.
