Within Harare it is $2, or free on orders over $30, and usually arrives same or next day if you confirm before 3pm. Anywhere else in Zimbabwe is $5 by courier or bus, typically 2–4 working days.

For hygiene reasons we cannot take back underwear once the packaging has been opened. That is standard everywhere and it is not negotiable. Unopened packs can be exchanged within 7 days, and anything faulty we replace, opened or not.
